ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE. If you have to reschedule your appointment more than once, full payment is required to reschedule.
ALL CLIENTS are required to pay a deposit for starter locs, extensions, and color services. If the appointment is maintained, the deposit will apply to the cost of the service. Failure to keep your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
Your appointment includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment for ANY service. Shampooing your own hair DOES NOT reduce the cost.
I DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR EXTENSIONS. Prices do not reflect the cost of hair extensions. Please ask for a referral to be given the specific type of hair that is needed to complete the style that you request. I do not use any brand of hair for extension services, and if you bring in the incorrect product, I will not complete the service requested.
A 48-HOURS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN PRIOR TO RESCHEDULING YOUR SERVICE. IF NO NOTICE IS GIVEN, FULL PAYMENT OF SERVICES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE.

The cost of services is expected after services are rendered.
Acceptable forms of payment are CASH, CASHAPP, ZELLE, APPLEPAY, and all major credit cards. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS!
