SALON POLICIES

  • Please understand I am a Licensed Natural Hair Stylist. I do not work with individuals with pressed, relaxed, or flat-ironed tresses. My expertise is with textured hair.

  • I do not accept walk-in appointments and/or same day appointments. All services are by appointment only.

  • Consultations are COMPLIMENTARY AND REQUIRED BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT DONE ON THE SAME DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Consultations allow me to assess your hair, determine the correct price for the service, and choose the best styling option for you and your hair.

  • PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR CONSULTATION OR APPOINTMENT WITH OTHER PEOPLE. My salon space is limited to accommodate THE CLIENT.

  • NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE SALON UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE. Due to the limited space in the studio, I am unable to accommodate others. If you show up with children or other individuals, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged 100% of your service.

  • If your child becomes unruly and cannot sit in the styling chair for more than 5 minutes, I will discontinue the service.

  • You will be given a general estimation of the time it takes to complete a service. PLEASE BE PATIENT. Everyone is not the same. If you have other engagements, please do not schedule your salon service around your other appointments.

  • All extensions or styles must be removed prior to your scheduled salon visit or a fee will be assessed. Please do not come in the salon removing hair extensions or styles.

  • I DO NOT BRAID HAIR.

  • IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE A 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR YOUR SERVICE AND CANNOT RESCHEDULE UNTIL THE AMOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.

  • ALL EXTENSIONS AND COLOR SERVICES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. Be prepared to pay a deposit to book an appointment. An appointment can’t be made if you do not have the deposit.

  • If you go longer than (8) weeks for Loc Cultivation/Maintenance, your RATE WILL INCREASE. Maintaining a regimen will produce effective results.
